7:30am : Donuts and coffee served
8:00am : Driving range & Putting greens open
8:00am : Silent auction begins
9:00am : Shotgun start (4-person scramble)
10:00am – 2:00pm : Kids games open
1:30pm : Buffet lunch
2:00pm : Silent auction closes
2:00pm : Awards ceremony
